Processing time

We do our best to process your order as soon as possible. Please note that this may take 2 to 3 business days.

Delivery time

The Netherlands

We ship your order via PostNL. After your order is processed, your order will be delivered within 1 to 2 business days. However, this may take longer during holidays and public holidays when PostNL is very busy.

International

After your order has been processed, it may take several days to weeks before you receive your order. Please take into account possible delays at sorting centers and customs. 

Returns

Do you want to return something? That is no problem! In the Netherlands you have the right to return your order up to 14 days after receipt. You will then receive the full order amount back. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are at your own expense.

When you want to return your order, the product will be returned to us with all delivered accessories and in the original condition and packaging. Contact us via info@ourcozystudio.com or use the contact form to register your return. Please state your name, email and order number.

We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of receipt of your return, provided that the product has been returned in good order.
